Call for Fall 2025 Collaborative-Wide Meeting Breakout Session Presenters

MVC is seeking presentation proposals that showcase member initiatives, strategies, and priorities that help all the communities they serve achieve optimal health care outcomes and ensure access to high-value care for all Michigan patients.

Topic ideas for member consideration include:

  • How members are leveraging data to identify variation or differences in healthcare utilization and outcomes
  • How members are addressing variation in healthcare outcomes between communities
  • How members are fitting in this work given their resource constraints and potentially leveraging technology to improve efficiency (i.e., using AI or RPA tools, predictive modeling, community volunteers and partnerships, etc.)
  • How members are partnering with or utilizing community-based organizations or community health workers to make it possible for all patients to access care

MVC welcomes other theme-aligned proposals, too!
