Welcome to MVC's 2025 Spring Collaborative-Wide Meeting, Collaboration in Action: Shaping the Future of Healthcare Across Michigan! MVC will share updates and announcements from the Coordinating Center followed by a presentation about the MVC Component of the BCBSM P4P Program for Program Year 2024 and the upcoming PY 2026-2027 cycle.

Member Quality Improvement Initiatives

MVC will share information about its 2024 member quality improvement survey, summarizing the purpose, results, and next steps for integrating the results. Attendees will learn about the most common QI priorities across the state, common system-level initiatives, and success stories from their peers.

Leveraging Data & Collaboration to Drive Improvement Initiatives

MVC will present case studies and updates for three CQI collaborative partnerships that help drive improvement for members: cardiac rehabilitation, preoperative testing, and ED-based episodes. MVC will also share updates about upcoming strategic priorities for the Michigan Cardiac Rehab Network, updates about the RIght sizing Testing before Elective Surgery (RITE-Size) pilot, and finish with a behavioral health use case for the ED-based episodes. Each focus area will include unblinded data (slides from unblinded sessions not shared publicly).

MVC will guide attendees through a patient journey mapping workshop. Session attendees will collaborate to identify tailored intervention opportunities for patients not currently utilizing post-discharge follow-up care.
