Tricia earned her undergraduate degree from Ball State University. After graduating from Indiana University School of Medicine, she completed award-winning research in decision-making models. She also holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts.

Tricia has experience on payer and provider sides of this work. During her time at Priority Health (the health benefits arm of Corewell Health), she created strong operational plans in support of business goals. She led health plan quality, HEDIS teams, ACA clinical work and value program design, working with the Michigan Quality Improvement Consortium, Association of Community Health Plans and State of Michigan Certificate of Need work group to support safe and effective clinical care.

Prior to joining Corewell Health, Tricia spent a decade in rural and suburban family practice, covering office and hospital care, including nursing home rounds and obstetrics. She was recruited to lead clinical care redesign as U.S. health policy evolved. As chief medical integration officer, she led clinical operations for a CIN, MSSP and BPCI Classic, achieving gain share. She enjoys facilitating the team-based design and is skilled in traditional project management and agile methodologies. She enjoys partnering humans with technology to enable evolved team function.

Dana Greene, Jr. is a seasoned Project Manager and De-Implementation Specialist with a strong foundation in public health and research. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in sociology in 2016 and a Master of Public Health in 2019 from the University of Michigan.

Dana began his career at the University of Michigan Prevention Research Center in 2019 where he served as a project manager, and later went on to work as a community engagement specialist at the Rogel Cancer Center. Currently, Dana is a project manager and de-implementation specialist with the Michigan Program for Value Enhancement (MPrOVE). He leads the RITE-Size (Right Sizing Testing Before Elective Surgery) project, which aims to reduce low-value preoperative testing by optimizing assessment processes, minimizing unnecessary costs, and improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.

Jodi has been working on Munson's cardiac rehabilitation team for 28 years. She has served as the coordinator of cardiac prevention for the past 11 years. Jodi obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Michigan and an associate degree in nursing from Northwestern Michigan College. Jodi also holds a certification from the ANCC in cardiac rehab.

Pat Posa is the project lead for sepsis site visits and quality improvement for the HMS Sepsis Initiative. Most recently, she was the quality and patient safety program manager for the adult hospitals at Michigan Medicine. Previously, she was a quality excellence leader for St. Joseph Mercy Health System in Southeastern Michigan, leading initiatives to reduce hospital-acquired conditions, improve patient outcomes for critically ill patients, and reduce readmissions. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wayne State University and her Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University. She is interested in sepsis and critical care. She serves on the advisory board of Sepsis Alliance.

Jana Stewart is a project manager at MVC, supporting its value-based initiatives on cardiac rehabilitation and preoperative testing. She is also the lead for MVC communications and its health equity strategic initiative. Stewart has over 15 years of experience in communications and has published her work in academic journals, magazines, newspapers, web-based media, and in institutional curriculums. She is also an experienced educator and public speaker with 10 years of teaching experience, and has successfully supported healthcare teams and technology start-ups in developing new products or services and bringing them to market. She received a Bachelor of Arts in kinesiology, a Master of Science in environmental behavior, and a Master of Public Health all from the University of Michigan.
